I’ve written a few pieces on beauty and our misconceptions about it. I do this now and then because in our society, much emphasis is placed on how a person should look, and it almost always uses “perfect” women as an example – perfect shiny hair with no split ends, perfect symmetrical features, flawless skin, perfect white teeth, and don’t forget the perfect figure, and the perfect clothes! I’m generalizing and exaggerating, of course, but I’m not too far off the mark. Why Christ, Our Mediator, Had To Become A Man!

“No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:13-15.

“If I am condemned, why then do I labor in vain? If I wash myself with snow water, and cleanse my hands with soap, yet You will plunge me into the pit, and my own clothes will abhor me. “For He is not a man, as I am, that I may answer Him, and that we should go to court together.
